So much of our story lives in the body. Not just in our thoughts, but in our breath, our posture, our tension, our impulses to pull away or lean in.
Somatic therapy invites us to slow down and notice what’s happening beneath the surface. The body often speaks before the mind has words.
In my work, we explore:
• Where emotions show up in the body
• Protective patterns you’ve learned over time
• What your nervous system needs to feel safe
• How to move from survival mode into connection
Small moments of awareness can create big shifts.
