Feeling Stuck

If you feel stuck, it doesn’t mean you’re failing. It more likely means your system is protecting you in the only way it knows how. It is staying "safe".

Therapy isn't here to force change on you. It's about getting curious about what’s happening inside you — the parts that are scared, the parts that want more, and the parts that don’t know how to move forward yet.
